EB-5 facility to finance a development of a Hampton Inn & Suites in Koreatown, Los Angeles
 

Amstar Partners has secured EB-5 facility to provide a $40 million USD non-recourse debt facility. The debt facility will finance the construction of 182 room Hampton Inn & Suites being developed in Los Angeles.
